Scope of Work: Office Renovation
This project consisted of the complete renovation of the Command General Conference Room, corridors, entrance area, and reception at the Fort Leonard Wood Headquarters. All architectural features were refined and flawlessly installed, including all hardwood components and veneer paneling which were fabricated from cherry wood species and finished to match the appearance of the existing trim.
All interior finishes were replaced including casework, countertops, backsplash, doors, frames, and hardware, gypsum wall assemblies, acoustic ceiling assemblies, cabinetry, built-ins (including floor-to-ceiling bookcase and desk) veneer paneling, crown molding, chair rail, wall base, wainscot, pilasters, pedestals, glazing, acoustic wall coverings, tile flooring, sink, faucet, appliances, paint, window blinds, and office furniture. Additionally, all sprinkler heads and fire dampers were replaced for upgraded fire protection. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were rerouted resulting in the installation of new conduit, wiring, lighting (including accent, indirect, and recessed), panels, switches, video conferencing equipment, telecommunication systems, and supply and return lines.
